1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Vivid Tab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
2. License
Vivid Tab is open-source software. Your rights to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the software are governed by the repository’s MIT License.
3. Browser permissions and third-party services
Vivid Tab uses browser permissions to provide bookmarks, search, top sites, weather, settings, wallpapers, and optional history-based links. Some features communicate with third-party services, including search providers, Google Suggest in Chromium, ipapi, WeatherAPI, and Wallhaven.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability, content, and behavior are outside Vivid Tab’s control.
4. Privacy
How Vivid Tab stores data and communicates with third parties is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Responsible use
You agree to use Vivid Tab lawfully and not to misuse the extension or third-party services. You are responsible for your browser profile, bookmarks, settings, uploaded files, and any changes you make to the software.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Vivid Tab is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and copyright holders are not liable for claims, damages, data loss, service interruptions, or other liability arising from the software or its use. The repository license contains the controlling warranty and liability terms for the software.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as Vivid Tab changes. Updates will be published in this repository. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
